User Data:

• Track Usernames: The username is tracked when used on the trascript and when a ticket is created.
• IDs: The ID is tracked when used on the trascript and when a ticket is created.
• Messages: The messsages are tracked when used on the trascript and when a ticket is created (e.x. When the transcript is sent to the user or the server logs , every message of the ticket will be written and provided to you / When a ticket is created the tracked message is the provided reason from the user).

Server Data:

• Channel IDs: We track channel ids so the bot knows which ticket to delete , or collect a specified ID by the guild manager if they set up a log channel or a ticket channel .
• Category IDs: Category ID is stored when the guild manager sets a category for the bot to create the channels under
• Role IDs: Role IDs are stored so the bot knows which roles to ping when a new ticket is created, roles are specified by the guild manager when the command /settings is executed
• Message IDs: We track message IDs when a ticket is created so the bot knows which messages to send into a transcript/logs
• Server ID: Server ID is collected in the database so the bot can make a collection in the database for your guild and save the log channel and the ticket channel under it.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Creating, managing, and responding to support tickets based on user interactions.
• Enhancing and improving the functionality of ZeroBot and our services.
• Providing personalized user experiences based on server settings.
